Q. How much will my co-payment or deductible be?

A. Every insurance policy varies in what it will cover, and the co-payments or deductibles that you are required to pay. Our patients are encouraged to call the office before their visit and speak to our insurance specialist; we will work with you and your insurance company to help you understand your policy, its limitations and your financial responsibility

Q. What if my present insurance coverage's changes or is eliminated?
A. If your coverage's changes, please let us know as soon as possible; we will make sure you know about the coverage's provided by your new insurance coverage.
If you lose our insurance, please let us know. Our priority is to ensure that our patients receive the medical care they need REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY. We have programs in place to provide payment schedules and even medication. We want our patients to get the care they need without undue financial hardship.
