Patient Information
In today's
information-rich world it is important to provide our
patients with as great an understanding as possible of both
the problems they face and the options they have to resolve
those problems.
On the left you
will find links to online copies of the very same brochures
that are found at our office. They are here to help you so
please feel free to look at or even print them for your
benefit. The are all in Adobe Acrobat and will print
perfectly on a normal 8.5 X 11 piece of paper. Orient your
printer to print "Landscape" instead of "Portrait" before
you print.
